Edit existing contract template

You can edit your contract templates in Microsoft Word when they need updating.

How to edit a template via Microsoft Word

  1. Open Microsoft Word
  2. Open a blank document
  3. Start COMAsystem for Word under “Add-ons”
  4. Log in with your COMAsystem user name and password
  5. Select “Edit contract” to edit a new template
  6. Select the contract type you want to edit
  7. Select the contract template from the list
  8. You can now edit your template and e.g. insert new merge keys, place the cursor in the document and click on the key in the overview to the right
  9. Click “Save changes” when you have finished creating your contract template
  10. You do not need to save the document locally as it is now saved in COMAsystem
