Register education

It’s easy to manage training on a per employee basis.

How to manage education on an employee

  1. Find the staff contract where you want to manage education
  2. Open the contract front page
  3. Click on “Education” in the left menu
  4. Click on “Add Education”
  5. Select “Education” in the dropdown
  6. Enter the date of completion in “Passed”
  7. Enter the cost of the training in “Price”
  8. If renewing, enter the date in “Renewal”
  9. Select a responsible manager in “Responsible”
  10. Click “Upload” to attach proof of education
  11. Select a “Status” in the dropdown
  12. Click on “Save”
