Register applicant

Store and manage your job applicants so you can easily change their status from applicant to employee and create or attach hiring documents.

How to register an applicant

  1. Click “New contract” in the top menu
  2. Select “Staff”
  3. Fill in the contract front page with all relevant data such as contact information etc.
  4. Click on “Applicant CV” in the left menu
  5. Click “Upload” and attach the applicant’s CV and application
  6. Click on “Save changes”
  7. Set status to “Applicant”

* REMEMBER to set the status to “Rejected” on the applicants who were not hired at the end of the recruitment process
