Register applicant
Store and manage your job applicants so you can easily change their status from applicant to employee and create or attach hiring documents.
How to register an applicant
- Click “New contract” in the top menu
- Select “Staff”
- Fill in the contract front page with all relevant data such as contact information etc.
- Click on “Applicant CV” in the left menu
- Click “Upload” and attach the applicant’s CV and application
- Click on “Save changes”
- Set status to “Applicant”
* REMEMBER to set the status to “Rejected” on the applicants who were not hired at the end of the recruitment process
