Create staff contract

It’s easy to create a new employee and manage employment certificates, staff equipment, mus-interviews and more.

How to create a new employee

  1. Click “New contract” in the top menu
  2. Select “Staff”
  3. Fill in the contract cover page with all relevant data such as contact information, employment details, etc.
  4. Click on “Save changes”
  5. Select the status of the staff contract, e.g. “Employee”

* Note fields highlighted in red must be filled in before the contract front page can be saved.
