Add note

It is possible to add one or more notes to a contract cover page.
Notes can be used for information that is not otherwise entered in the system’s standard fields.

How to create a note:

  1. Find the contract
  2. Open the contract front page
  3. Click “Notes” in the left menu
  4. If this is the first note, click “Add Notes” otherwise click “Edit” in the top right of the section and then “Add”
  5. Enter a title for the note in “Title”
  6. Enter the note itself in “Description”
  7. Click on “Save”
