Create contact person
It is possible to create a new contact person on both existing and new sales contracts.
Create a new contact on a new contract
- Click on “Customer” in the left menu
- Select “New contact” in the “Select contact” drop-down menu
- Then fill in the contact person’s information
- Contact information is saved after you have completed the contract creation
Create a new contact on an existing contract
- Find the sales contract you want to change the contact person
- Open the contract front page
- Click on “Customer” in the left menu
- Click “Edit” in the top right side of the section
- Select “New contact” in the “Select contact” drop-down menu
- Then fill in the contact person’s information
- Click on “Save changes”
