Create contact person

It is possible to create a new contact person on both existing and new sales contracts.

Create a new contact on a new contract

  1. Click on “Customer” in the left menu
  2. Select “New contact” in the “Select contact” drop-down menu
  3. Then fill in the contact person’s information
  4. Contact information is saved after you have completed the contract creation

Create a new contact on an existing contract

  1. Find the sales contract you want to change the contact person
  2. Open the contract front page
  3. Click on “Customer” in the left menu
  4. Click “Edit” in the top right side of the section
  5. Select “New contact” in the “Select contact” drop-down menu
  6. Then fill in the contact person’s information
  7. Click on “Save changes”
