Report on data processing agreements
It is possible to pull a report on document types, so you can, for example, create a report of all suppliers’ data processing agreements.
How to create a report of data processing agreements
- Click on “Reports”
- Select contract area “Purchase”
- Select “Document type” in the “Custom report” drop-down menu
- Select “Contains” in the next drop-down menu
- Enter the document type in the text field, e.g. data processing agreement
- Click on “Create report”
- Customize visible columns and export the report
