Link contracts together through subcontracts
It is possible to link contracts to each other as subcontracts, for example, if there is a main contract with associated subcontracts. This can also be the purchase contract for a company car, which is linked as a subcontract to a staff contract, thus linking the purchase contract to the staff contract.
How to attach a sub contract
- Find the contract you want to link sub contracts to
- Open the contract front page
- Click on “Subcontracts” in the left menu
- If this is the first subcontract, click “Add Subcontract” otherwise click “Edit” in the top right of the section and then “Add”
- Select which contract type to associate
- Find the sub contract in the contract overview
- Click on the contract you want to link as a subcontract
* Note that the subcontract must first be created as an individual contract
