Deactivate or delete alarm
It is possible to postpone user created alarms for a period of time.
System-generated renewal and expiration alarms cannot be disabled, only deleted.
How to deactivate an alarm for a period of time
- Find the contract where you want to deactivate an alarm
- Open the contract front page
- Click on “Alarms” in the left menu
- Click “Edit” in the top right side of the section
- Click on the alarm you want to deactivate
- Use the calendar to set a “Deactivate alarm until”
- Click on “Save”
How to delete an alarm
- Find the contract where you want to delete an alarm
- Open the contract front page
- Click on “Alarms” in the left menu
- Click “Edit” in the top right side of the section
- Click on the alarm you want to delete
- Click on “Delete”
