Add services (services/products)
It’s easy to add services (services/products) to a contract.
By doing so, you give yourself a more detailed overview of what services and products the contract contains.
How to add services
- Find the contract where you want to add services
- Open the contract front page
- Click on “Services” in the left menu
- If services have already been added
- Click “Edit” in the top right side of the section
- Click on “Add”
- If no services have been added yet
- Click on “Add Services”
- Select “Service” from the drop-down menu
- Fill in “Number” of services
- Fill in “Price” per service
- Select “Type” from the drop-down menu
- For service type “One time payment”
- Enter the “Date” for payment
- For service type “Fixed payments”
- Enter the “Date” for payment
- Fill in “Number of payments”
- Select “Interval” from the drop-down menu
- Select “Period” in the drop-down menu
- For service type “Running”
- Enter the “Date” for payment
- Select “Interval” from the drop-down menu
- Select “Period” in the drop-down menu
- Select “Status” from the drop-down menu
- Click on “Save”
* Note that services must be created in the administration to be added.
