Add services (services/products)

It’s easy to add services (services/products) to a contract.
By doing so, you give yourself a more detailed overview of what services and products the contract contains.

How to add services

  1. Find the contract where you want to add services
  2. Open the contract front page
  3. Click on “Services” in the left menu
  4. If services have already been added
    1. Click “Edit” in the top right side of the section
  5. Click on “Add”
  6. If no services have been added yet
    1. Click on “Add Services”
  7. Select “Service” from the drop-down menu
  8. Fill in “Number” of services
  9. Fill in “Price” per service
  10. Select “Type” from the drop-down menu
  11. For service type “One time payment”
    1. Enter the “Date” for payment
  12. For service type “Fixed payments”
    1. Enter the “Date” for payment
    2. Fill in “Number of payments”
    3. Select “Interval” from the drop-down menu
    4. Select “Period” in the drop-down menu
  13. For service type “Running”
    1. Enter the “Date” for payment
    2. Select “Interval” from the drop-down menu
    3. Select “Period” in the drop-down menu
  14. Select “Status” from the drop-down menu
  15. Click on “Save”

* Note that services must be created in the administration to be added.
