Determine access to inbox via user roles
You can determine which user roles have access to an inbox
Access Inboxes
- Click on the “Profile Icon” in the top right corner
- Select “Administration”
- Click on “Inboxes”
Determine access to inbox via

- Click on the “Inbox” that you want to change
- Click on “Roles” in the menu
- Check the “User roles” that should have access to the inbox
- Then press “Save”
