Add template
You can add templates to your purchase, staff and sales contract modules through the administration
Access Templates
- Click on the “Profile Icon” in the top right corner
- Select “Administration”
- Click on either “Purchase, Staff or Sales Contract” in the left menu
- Click on “Templates”
Add template
- Click the “Add template” button in the top right corner
- Enter the “Name” of the template
- Click the “Choose file” button and upload a template document in either .docx or .doc format
- Check “Departments” that should have access to the template
- Then press “Save”
