Add template

You can add templates to your purchase, staff and sales contract modules through the administration

Access Templates

  1. Click on the “Profile Icon” in the top right corner
  2. Select “Administration”
  3. Click on either “Purchase, Staff or Sales Contract” in the left menu
  4. Click on “Templates”


Add template

  1. Click the “Add template” button in the top right corner
  2. Enter the “Name” of the template
  3. Click the “Choose file” button and upload a template document in either .docx or .doc format
  4. Check “Departments” that should have access to the template
  5. Then press “Save”
