Add skills
It’s easy to manage skills for each employee.
How to add skills to an employee
- Find the staff contract where you want to manage skills
- Open the contract front page
- Click on “Skill” in the left menu
- Click on “Add skill”
- Select “Skill” in the dropdown
- Select a responsible user in “Responsible”
- Click “Upload” to attach a proof of competence
- Select a “Status” in the dropdown
- Click on “Save”
