When you receive an alarm
Alarms and notifications are there so that you as a user can actively consider the status of the contract or update its contractual conditions in a timely manner.
You will receive alarms and notifications when dates for e.g. contract renewal or contract expiration are reached.
What you can do when you receive an alarm
- Next to each contract listed in the email, you can see why it has triggered a notification
- Click the “Go to” link next to each contract
- Review the contract cover page and update relevant points e.g:
- Contract status
- The contract expiration date
- Date of contract renewal
- Deactivate the alarm for a period of time
These alarms are automatically set up if dates are entered at contract creation

- Renewal date
