It is possible to pull a report on customers with open offers.
How to create a report of open offers
- Click on “Reports”
- Select contract area “Sales”
- Select “Status” in the “Custom report” drop-down menu
- Select “Equal to” in the next drop-down menu
- Select “Offers” in the next drop-down menu
- Click on “Create report”
- Customize visible columns and export the report
