Christian Richter-Pedersen
Partner & CEO

Christian Richter-Pedersen has a unique profile spanning leadership, software development, DevOps and compliance. Through many years of experience with CLM implementations and related strategic projects, he has developed a strong understanding of how solutions must be structured to support contract data, processes, governance and compliance in complex organisations.

With a background as a CTO, experience in GDPR advisory, and a certification as a Contract & Commercial Management Practitioner under NSCCM, he operates at the intersection of product, architecture and governance requirements. At COMAsystem, Christian is the CEO with responsibility for business administration, product and compliance.

Rasmus Pultz
Partner & CCO

Rasmus Pultz has a background in leading commercial organisations that translate business needs into solutions with clear value and strong organisational anchoring.

As CCO of COMAsystem, he has since 2022 led the customer-facing functions responsible for driving CLM implementations for more than 100 companies.

With experience from the cyber security, software and IT sectors, he brings a deep understanding of how businesses create measurable value through process optimisation, change management and the right system support. At COMAsystem, Rasmus is responsible for the commercial side of the business and for the customer-facing operations.
