Working Time Act comes into force and obliges all companies to comply with a time registration requirement for employees in order to avoid overload due to overtime and ensure compliance with applicable rest periods.<\/strong><\/p><p>The company has the option to deviate from the rules on maximum weekly working hours in cases where the employee is either on-call and performs functions of social importance, such as physicians and firefighters, or if the employee has \u201csignificant influence on the planning of working hours\u201d and is exempt from the rules on rest time under the Rest Time Order (known as \u201cSelf-organiser\u201d).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-038bfb6 elementor-widget
