Change the automatic deletion period
You can change the automatic deletion period in ‘Global Settings’
Access Global Settings
- Click on the “Profile Icon” in the top right corner
- Select “Administration”
- Click on “Global Settings” in the left menu
Change the automatic deletion period
- Navigate to heading “Deletion days”
- Enter the number of days you want to save a contract before it is permanently deleted (e.g. 365) in the fields next to each contract module
- Scroll down to the “Save changes” button and press the button
